To start the return process for your order, please enter the email address or phone number used when ordering, and the order number below.
How do I return?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.
- They must be in original condition
- In the original packaging
- Some items may not require a return for a replacement or refund. If this is the case with your items, we will contact you to either request additional information or notify you of the next steps we will take.
Are there any charges for return?
- We do not charge any restocking fees
- The cost of return shipping will be subtracted from the refund
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- The only exception to the above is if your item arrived defective from the factory, was an incorrect item, or arrived with shipping damage, in which case we will offer a full refund or replacement and will cover return shipping costs, subject to verification via inspection upon return or request for pictures from you.
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 1 business day.
- Please note that different banks and credit cards vary in their processing time and it may take up to 10 additional business days for the credit to appear, depending on your credit card's or bank's processing time.
