Our Store
Do you have a storefront/showroom?
Currently, we are online only.If you are making a purchase and are in the general Rockford, IL area, then local pickup is available for your order. When you reach the Checkout screen, on the first page you will see the option to have your order shipped or local pickup.
Products
Where do your products come from? How is the quality?
Our products come from a wide variety of suppliers across the U.S. and worldwide. A majority of our products come from Craig Bachman Imports.We are picky about the quality of the product we sell, as we feel that the quality of the products is representative of our name and brand. When we purchase new product, we do our best to try to personally inspect and review it beforehand to ensure we only choose products that we ourselves would use if we were making a project for our own home or to give to one of our own family members. If we don't have the opportunity to review a product before we source it, and find that it doesn't meet our standards, then we will no longer order or carry that product.
When will you be adding more items?
We try to add at least a few new items with every restock shipment we get from our suppliers. Growing our selection is one of our main focuses as we continue to grow!
Do you offer any bulk discounting?
While we may offer 'combo' deals, and/or percentage discounts based on total order (i.e. 10% off if your order is $50 or more) in future sales and promotions, we do not offer any wholesale 'bulk' discounting at this time.
What happened to "certain product"? I don't see it on the site anymore.
Sometimes, when certain items run out of stock that we don't plan to get back in stock soon, such as out of season items or slow sellers, we will hide them on the store. Having "out of stock" listings on the site clutters up the page, makes it harder for customers to find the items they want, and, well...can be just plain annoying when you're trying to shop!
However, with most all-season items and top sellers, we do leave them up on the site while out of stock, and you can subscribe to be notified via email when we get them back in stock. Just go to the product page and look for the sign up to get notified!
Is your ribbon wired edge?
YES. Most of our ribbon is wired edge ribbon. We only carry a few non-wired ribbons. The ribbons that are non-wired will say so in the product title.
Why are your prices higher than "Store X" ?
We try to price our products as competitively as possible. We are still a small mom & pop shop and don't quite have the buying power yet of some of the larger stores out there.
Generally speaking, you will find that our prices are higher than some stores for the same product, and lower than other stores.
When we get special buys from our suppliers, we will generally run specials & sales, or if our lower cost is permanent we will permanently lower the price that we offer. As we continue to grow, our buying power will increase and we plan to pass those savings along in the form of lower prices.
In the meantime (and always) we will do our best to ensure we offer the best customer care and quickest shipping we can to ensure you get the best value for your buck!
How are your prices so much lower than "Store Y"?
Well...
As to our prices - we have lowered our prices on several products since we first began, as our buying power has increased and we've found ways to lower other costs. We try to price our products as competitive as possible, taking all business factors into consideration.
There are stores out there with higher prices on many of the same products. While we can't speak to any other company's pricing strategies, there are many factors that go into pricing products - sales volume, buying power, cost of running the business (paying employees, rent, software & website costs, etc.).
We are trying to stay as lean as possible without sacrificing good customer care as we continue to ramp up. Our hope is that this strategy will ensure we are able to maintain good competitive pricing throughout.
Do you ever have sales/specials? Do you offer a discount code?
From time to time we do offer sales and specials, based on special buys from our suppliers, seasonal demand, and other factors. The best way to know when we do run specials is to sign up for our email newsletter or follow us on social media.
We don't have a specific discount code for first time customers at this time.

What shipping methods do you offer?
We now have shipping options available from USPS, UPS, and Fed Ex.
If you are in the general Rockfod, IL area, then items can also be picked up at our Loves Park warehouse.
How much does shipping cost?
We receive discounted shipping rates from all three shipping carriers we currently use, and pass those savings along to you.
We are located in northern IL, so keep in mind that the further you are from our location, the higher the shipping costs will be.
Typically, the cheapest shipping options available average around $8-$12 for small orders (1 - 8 items) shipped up to about 1000 miles from our location. Larger items & larger shipments will be more, depending on how large the package will be when all items are packed.
Also, if your purchase is $79 or more (and you are in the lower U.S. 48) you get free shipping!
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Our shipping policy states that we will ship all orders out within 2 business days.
Usually, we ship out faster - often same-day for orders placed by 10:00 am Mon-Sat.
The most commonly selected shipping options are...
USPS Priority - Usually arrives within 3 business days. If you are located more than 800 miles from our location in northern IL, it may take 4 business days
UPS Ground - Average delivery is about 3-5 business days. Sometimes faster, especially if you are within about 800 miles of our location.
FedEx Ground/Home Delivery - 2-5 buisiness days
