Some customers have occasionally reported the issues below when checking out on our site. I had enough in my cart for free shipping but the free shipping option isn't appearing.
There can be a few reasons that the free shipping option is not appearing:
- Did you use a coupon/discount code? If you are using a discount code, it may have caused your merchandise total to fall below the $79 free shipping threshold. To qualify for free shipping, your merchandise total must be $79 or above after any/all discounts are applied.
- Also, if we are currently running a sale, a discount may have applied automatically to your cart that caused the total to fall below the $79 threshold.
- Are you located outside of the U.S. contiguous 48 states? Currently, we cannot offer the free shipping option to HI, AK, or U.S. territories.
It says that you don't ship to my location.
Currently, we only ship within the U.S. and to U.S. territories. We have been and continue to work on the best solution for shipping to other countries, beginning with Canada, in the near future.
If you are located within the U.S. or a U.S. territory, you should not receive this message. Please message us using the 'Message Us' button at the bottom of the screen so that we can try to look into what is causing the issue.
Where do I enter my coupon/discount code?
Once you reach the checkout screen, there will be an order summary with the Discount Code field available to enter your code.
On mobile devices, there will be a link at the top of the checkout screen to expand the order summary and make it visible.
On desktop/laptop devices, it will be visible on the right hand side of the screen.
Oops! I forgot to add something to my order. Can I add it after I checkout?
Absolutely! If you message or email us before we ship your order out, we can add more items to your order and email you a link to pay for just the added items without creating a new order or separate shipping charge.
Note: If you are ordering at night when we may not be available, it may be best to create a new order and send us a message right away to combine your orders into one. We can then refund the difference in shipping charges the following day. This will ensure the additional items you need do not sell out before we can add them the next morning.
