Our customers' satisfaction is always our top priority, and we will do our very best to work with each customer on a case-by-case basis.
We have a 30-day policy for any and all returns. All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the receipt of your order.
You may click here to submit a request for return. We will review all return requests within 1 business day of submission. If for any reason we decline the return request, we will contact you directly to discuss the circumstances with you and answer any further questions you may have.
If there are any issues with your order, such as wrong item(s), items received damaged, etc., we will pay for return shipping costs and provide you with a return shipping label to send the items back. Once received, we will review the returned items, then provide a store credit or refund, or ship a replacement free of charge, as per your choice.
For returns that are not due to shipping/handling damage, manufacturer defect, or any error on our part, we cannot refund shipping charges or provide free return shipping at this time.
